Whether you’re the founder of a new startup or a manager at an established company, having skilled staff is crucial. However, training new or exisiting staff can have prohibitive costs. But what if the Government of Alberta could help you with two thirds of the training cost up to $10,000?
The provinicial government’s Canada-Alberta Job Grant (CAJG) does exactly that. Available to both private and non-profit employees, the CAJG is an employer-driven training program where employers and government share the cost of training new and existing employees to increase their knowledge and skills to meet the needs of Alberta’s changing economy.
In this one-hour lunch & learn, Financial Empowerment Workforce Consultant Sneda Vargas will go over eligibility criteria, guidelines grant and processes for employers and more.
Register today to find out how the CAJG can work for you.
