What is technology evaluation?
Technology evaluation is a process that determines the potential of a technology’s success. In our case it primarily involves assessing patentability, marketability, technical viability, and identifying third parties that may have a claim to the technology.
Why do I need it?
Evaluating a technology is important in order to identify potential rewards from a technology and to reduce any associated risk by proactively avoiding negative scenarios, such as patent litigation or a lack of interested licensees.
