Corporate structure is how an organization designs its governance (Board of Directors, Management Team - CEO, CFO, COO), organizational systems, procedures, and philosophy.
Why do I need it?
A corporate structure layout helps to define all the areas of responsibility within the company so that everyone in the organization knows where and how a given issue should be addressed. When there is a clearly defined line of authority, a company can become an effective team.
