Business Basics for Innovators (BBFI)
Business Basics for Innovators (BBFI) is a five-part series of hands-on sessions modeled after The Growth Wheel.™ BBFI assists innovative entrepreneurs like you grow your business.
The unique design of Business Basics for Innovators BUILDS on the inventory of resources, experience and expertise you bring to the table – emphasizing your strengths.
BBFI then helps entrepreneurs FOCUS on the critical aspects of his/her business, finding just-in-time solutions to issues you are facing at the moment. On a daily basis, business owners face a multitude of opportunities and distractions. After going through BBFI founders are able to identify and capitalize on true opportunities and discard
distractions, making sure you address what’s important.
Finally, BBFI is an opportunity for founders to VALIDATE their decisions with mentors and other advisors from the participants’ own personal & professional network.
BBFI plays an integral role in an entrepreneur’s ability to ACCELERATE a company’s progress, improving the chances for success by helping entrepreneurs improve their performance as business owners.
"Business Basics for Innovators (BBFI) was certainly a lot more than what I was expecting or had even considered. My partner had never experienced the need/benefits of a business plan and the BBFI condensed session sparked a lot of thought. I had written business plans before but BBFI has enabled me to better define and express what we are about. Absolutely Most Valuable! Thank you to TEC Edmonton. I am glad to have found your organization!”
