To become a TEC Centre Virtual Tenant, please submit your request via email to the TEC Centre.

TEC Centre Virtual Tenant Program  (Includes the following for $200.00 per month - GST applied to all charges)

• Reception Desk Services
• TEC Centre on LRT route Bay/Enterprise Square Station
• Downtown location - 4th floor TEC Centre, 10230 Jasper Avenue 
• Downtown address for mail/courier delivery
• Business centre(some services may require fees)
• Access to wireless internet
• Access to meeting rooms(includes internet) up to 8 hrs per month
• Access to private work space(includes internet, furniture) up to 8 hrs per week
• Shared kitchen for tenants
• Access to TEC Edmonton services/programs
• Access to TEC Centre/Regional Alliance events
• Projector use in meeting room if available

Additional Services:

• Meeting room per hour $40.00
• Meeting room per day $200.00
• Administrative support(min 2 hrs) $30.00 per hour
• Faxing receiving/sending local $1.00 per page
• Long distance faxing in province $2.00 per page
• Additional page $1.00 per page
• Long distance faxing outside province/country $2.00 per page
• Copy charges $.10 per page
