When you make a technological discovery, one of the first things you should do is report it to TEC Transfer.
Once an invention is reported to TEC Transfer, we determine the technology’s patentability and marketability. If a technology is novel and there is a market for it, we will file for a patent and discuss the commercialization options - licensing, or company creation.
Many hours are spent evaluating inventions, analyzing market potential, protecting IP, and negotiating commercialization options.
