As the owners of an Alberta based company it was great to know that TEC Edmonton existed. My husband Brent and I started Happy Nappy Diaper Service 7 years ago with ZERO customers and a big DREAM. We have managed to share our passion with well over 2000 direct families, however found ourselves ‘stuck” between staying stagnate or growing. When we called Hugh at TEC Edmonton we were very happy with the quick response and the quality of the advisory panel. We learned that we were not valuing our business as we should and that some areas of our business needed some fine tuning. The panel addressed our shortcomings and was able to back these with great sound business advice, which we followed and within 2 weeks are moving forward with 2 more franchisee’s in Saskatchewan. We would highly recommend TEC Edmonton to any new business or existing business that also might be stuck.
