While TEC Edmonton supports our TEC Centre tenant’s rights to conduct business at will, TEC Edmonton does not permit certain activities to take place in public areas of the TEC Centre. Specifically, no public religious or political meeting will be held on the 4th floor of Enterprise Square, the TEC Centre.

If a TEC Centre tenant plans to host an event in the TEC Centre you are requested to notify the TEC Centre Manager two days in advance of the event. 

If you have any doubt as to whether your expected use is compliant with TEC Centre policies, please provide notice long enough in advance that you can reschedule if we so require. In your hosting notification the following items need to be identified:

• Date and time of event
• Type of function – workshop, press conference, annual general meeting, reception, etc.
• Estimated attendance
• Catering
• If alcohol is being served, do you have a license?
• Do you need access to the service elevator?
• Cleaning services required?
• Security required?
• Set-up requirements for the space
