The Investment Process

• As an investor, you must meet the Accredited Investor requirements of the Alberta Securities Commission to become a member of the Alberta Deal Generator Investor Network.
• An individual will be considered an accredited investor if he or she, together with his or her spouse has:
• Financial assets (cash and securities) exceeding $1 million, or
• Pre-tax net income of at least $300,000 (or $200,000 without a spouse) in each of the last two years and a reasonable expectation of exceeding that amount in the current year.
• Apply to become an ADG investor if you are an active investor seeking high-growth opportunities in early stage ventures.
